More About Kruger BC

Kruger Business Coaching was founded in 2019 by Hein Kruger, following more than 25 years in senior executive and corporate leadership roles across Africa and Europe, where he was directly involved in growing and strengthening businesses at scale. After decades of improving organisational performance from within, Hein recognised a strong need for practical business coaching that delivers clarity, accountability, and real‑world results for business owners and leaders.

 

The business was originally established in Ballito, South Africa. During the COVID‑19 pandemic, Kruger Business Coaching quickly adapted to a fully online model to support clients navigating disruption and uncertainty. This shift enabled the business to expand beyond South Africa, working with clients in more than seven countries. In 2022, an office was opened in Grand Baie, Mauritius, further extending its international presence.

 

Today, Hein works with clients globally through online and in‑person coaching. At the end of 2025, Coach Nick Reader joined the Kruger Business Coaching team, expanding the firm’s coaching capacity and expertise. Kruger Business Coaching remains focused on helping business owners and leaders achieve clarity in business and freedom in life through structured, accountable, results‑driven coaching.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to business coaching. The length and frequency of coaching depends on your goals, challenges, and the level of support you need.

We have clients who have been coaching with us for more than 6 years, meeting every two weeks throughout that time because they continue to see value in having a trusted advisor, strategic sounding board, and accountability partner.

While every business is different, we generally recommend committing to at least 12 months of coaching to achieve meaningful and lasting results. Coaching sessions can be tailored to your needs, although we typically suggest two 1-hour sessions per month to maintain momentum, drive accountability, and support ongoing growth.
